Vyvanse + Sertraline = More Hyperactivity and Anxiety?
I used to take both Sertraline and Vyvanse, and I’d have to eat a lot of food before taking the Sertraline or I’d feel sick (y’know, that little bubble at the back of your throat that feels like you’re gonna choke on a glob of spit any time now or later, yeah that). I stoped taking it eventually, more as part of a fear response than anything being wrong with the overall results of treatment. But I realised I felt (and it was so long ago since I stopped taking it, I’m trying hard to remember exactly what’s different) less anxious and hyperactive? I was worse without any medication, when I started taking the vyvanse on its own, it seemed more stable. I’m considering telling my doctor, who no doubt will be angry and ask what exactly is different, and I’m trying to understand that, too. Is it even possible for vyvanse and sertraline to cause more anxiety/hyperactivity? I’ve read about sertraline syndrome, but this wasn’t exactly it. That, and the sadistic little gremlin in the dark corner of my mind is whispering that nothing’s really wrong with me and the drugs are a placebo (haa, imposter syndrome, gotta love it, right?)
TLDR; can sertraline and vyvanse actually cause too much anxiety and hyperactivity in people with ADHD, and how does that work?

- Surely there will be buffs on the Vanilla cookies family this time, after Hollyberry family got all the love last patch.
- Oliver is still SSS tier after several nerfs, which is kind of a joke. They should do some more, but I don't how. Any suggestion?
- Hope they could give Gurkha some buff after putting him back to graveyard. Maybe give him back a 10% self-heal passive (or 15% when less than 50% HP) or something, would not be a bad start?
- They need to do something about Dark Ryu. The "nerf" he got after last balance patch wasn't fair.
- Perhaps a buff on Benedict would be nice too, after they kinda feck him up in last patch.
- Puppeteer family is so bad in general that they badly need a buff too. About time.
- Some long forgotten poor LD5 deserves their long due buffs - Maya, Ritsu, Dorothy, Jaara etc Let's see if Com2us still remember their existence.
- Finally there are much noise against the turn 2 passive/revenge meta units this season which is so RNG. I don't know if Com2us should do something about this as it does add more variety to the game though. Let's see.
- The new collars units will all need buffs but not likely to happen under this patch so soon. Maybe we shall wait another 2 months to see.

We both met in the same company but earlier this year I moved to a different company because of the very bad culture there (consulting firm). Now I am super happy with my current job with very regular working hours. She is Indian, I am German and we do not live together. We are in Germany though.
We started seeing each other back in 2020 when were still in the same company but we never worked together in any way. When we started dating she had a pretty shitty job with a supposedly disgusting boss which made her move to a different team end of last year. In between these 2 phases she had half a year of very little work. Now things start to become like back then again. Some people seem to treat her or her team incorrectly which leads to her having to deal with escalations and such after her working hours via mobile phone. This is mostly done via mail or messenger.
Until then we were seeing each other 3-4 days per week since i still work in her city so commuting is not a big issue and she only works from home. This whole topic is kind of irritating since after office is after office and 99% of things can wait till the next day. I get, that there can always be special occasions since I work in IT myself but if this happens regularly, then I do not know how important it actually is. Work should not be that important to disturb our evenings which led to me staying less and less at her place because I can not properly deal with the negativity that comes with all of this. Even going to her place gives me this creepy feeling about "what might have happened today again" Now I mostly stay 1-2 days per week.
The issue here is that she also says that she does not enjoy those things but still does them without a doubt. For her, this is part of her job and I should respect that even if it is not enjoyable for both of us.
2 Weeks ago we had a big fight exactly because of this topic and we have not seen each other since then. In her opinion I would not care about her job and would not even care to ask how her day was or why she would have to read an email at night and instead becoming annoyed and ignoring her. I have to admit that I don't ask that much anymore about her work since it is mostly negative news and rather try to ignore/avoid it.
We agreed to have a conversation soon but I can not even properly describe how and if I want to move on at this point.
What is your general opinion on this? Am I wrong, is she wrong? Is noone wrong and is this just different work ethics colliding here? Any opinion is appreciated since my mind is really rambling at this point.

When I jumped into a blended, I really believed in the idea of a happy family like in the movies, that the least of my problems would be some kind of misunderstanding with my SS, we would hug, talk and move forward...... Silly me.
But well, we have been together 7 years, I met SS when he was 4 and I moved in when he was 5. When I got pregnant it was my first child when SS was 7 and everything go bad, it was the period when I started to be so resentful and the hormones didn't helped. The point is, when OS born, it looked or it felt that DH was more worried about SS than OS, I understand, my DH comes from separate parents and he feels guilty and overprotective to SS bc somehow he projects himself in his son. I have been trying to understand it but sometimes it too much and I just resent to brought a baby with a guy who's put him in second place all the time.
He never tried to bond when he was small, he is caring and I know he loves our son, but it's always SS in his head, and again, I'm not saying that's wrong, it's his son, of course he has to think about him and his needs, but i would love that he does the same to his other kid, OS. All the time is " I will do this with SS, I will take him here and there, I will buy this" and the list continues, fine! But do it to your other son too. I get that is easier to go out with a 10yo than a 3yo but.... He is your son too. I have been super worry that at some point OS will notice this and I know he will feel bad. DH says, bc yes, I have talked to Jim about this, but his excuse is that OS has me and he knows I would do anything for him, but SS has rocky relationship with his mom so, in my DH head, SS just have DH.
This situation have created that SS11 and OS3 has an "ok" situation, they kinda like each other but there's no like a brotherhood there, I know the gap is big also. But yesterday my heart broke a little, Dh was playing with SS, OS was interested to participate, they say "no", bc it's a SS's toy and OS felt really angry and sad, he was crying a lot, and instead that DH comfort him and explain to him why he couldn't play with them, he just left him there, crying and continue playing with his son. I was really angry and I went to hold him and comfort him, and he was with his eyes full of tears watching how much fun they had and he was holding me tight, When my DH come to see him after a while OS was pissed at him. I feel really bad, bc I know this situation have been like this always but OS was too small that he didn't care... But now he does and it breaks my heart that his dad is breaking his heart.... Sorry I just needed to take this out of my system.

Ok so I want to explain our relationship as of now first. We dated for 3 months and then she ended things with me. Since then (3 months ago) we’ve hung out basically every night and had sex several times (I know probably not the best).
This night in particular she basically said she would see a future with us if she could find a way to heal herself as she had a bad past relationship that hurt her when she got attached, so now she’s scared to get attached. From my pov we are still basically dating (I pay for most of stuff and we hang out probably 3 hours a night and sometimes whole days except a weekend here or there) but no commitments but I haven’t been looking for a relationship personally.
She’s definitely a party girl and I’m a homebody so she went out tonight with some friends and then I went to go pick her up. When I pulled up to a bar I saw her giving a guy her number and they talked for about a minute while I waited. We go back to my place and I saw her text hi to him. We do some stuff and she got on her phone and she said she was texting her girlfriend. Then she says she must’ve given her number out to the whole band there cause they were hitting her up but she said she has a man and yada yada but they still trying to go home with her. I mean I think it’s not really my business with who she texts because she single but she says she doesn’t flirt with other guys but her actions seem to say otherwise.
Is this just something that I have no right to ask about because we aren’t anything official because it really bothers me that she does this in front of me. Never really had a serious relationship but I feel very strongly about her and idk how normal it is for girls to give out there numbers. From the sounds of it the guys had clear intentions but she was also drunk and is a very social person. I do trust her when she says what she’s talking about but I wonder if it’s just innocent talk. I thought about asking to see her texts last night but she fell asleep and I won’t go through her phone cause I’d just feel slimes for doing that.
TLDR is my situationship window shopping other guys and using me as a fall back.

Hi all, first time posting on this sub. I have to say I've never been hooked on a game since playing Zelda OOT on N64 many moons ago. I completed CP and now re completed again doing as many sides gigs as possible.
Just seen online that a DLC for this game is due to come out eventually and to be honest I feel as excited as a teen waiting to go prom! My question is how do DLC's work? I've got an xbox series x and when it does come out do I just purchase and install it and it automatically starts where it needs to or is there something I need to do after I install it like complete the last level of meeting hanako at the Embers again and then the new missions start?
Call me a newbie I don't mind haha. I'm a father of two who doesn't get much time to game but when I do I emerse myself in the life of Night City and its pretty cool!

Hi Everyone, I (M28) posted not too long ago about my partner (F27) being pregnant and behaving like a totally different person towards me over the last few weeks. The general advice I was given was to be patient, to be there for her and hold on because its the hormones. Needless to say I am really struggling.
I am completely shut out. I talk about my feelings and she says I'm "playing the victim" and then dismisses anything I say. I watch her treat the whole world with smiles, laughter and happiness. As soon as it comes to being with me, misery. She said "Why can't my partner be the one to make me feel like I don't have to put on a front?" Which I understand to a degree. You want to be totally comfortable around your spouse and that's fine but I want her to understand that I am also a human being and her behaviour will impact the way I feel. She has no idea how it feels to be completely pushed out by your partner. To have them think you despise them. To have your love completely ripped away from them. But the moment I even try to explain how I feel I'm "playing the victim".
She also said "why can't my partner realise I'm having a shit time and spoil me, try to cheer me up, take over things so I don't have to" I do take over things around the house, I do try to spoil hecheer her up but I get zero appreciation for it.
It feels like I just have to sit here and be disrespected the entire time and then when it comes to it being over not get an apology for it. Just be told "it was my hormones, I can't help that" I'm sorry, but I'm not buying it. You're perfectly capable to be nice to the rest of the world, adding one more person isn't hard. Especially someone you "love" so much (apparently). My therapist told me "Sometimes we hurt the ones we love the most" how does that make sense? I can't even bare the thought of putting my loved ones through any measure of pain. If this is her way of showing she loves me I'd rather not be loved at all. I'm sorry to blow out like this. I have so many emotions right now and my head is a mess. I'm trying to focus purely on my family and push our relationship to the side entirely.
Any advice/insight is always appreciated.

Me 31F have been with my partner 31M for about 9 years now.
Backstory: we both live in UK, bur we’re not originally from UK. I emigrated here in 2010, him in 2012 and we met at work.
I have 2 parents and 2 older siblings. My sister lives in UK, my brother lives in my home country with his family.
Now, I can’t say I had the worst family experience, but it wasn’t the best. I was the youngest child, not particularly wanted at that point, because my parents already had my brother and sister. And I felt that during my childhood. My brother abused me physically and mentally since I was a little child, my father didn’t give a damn, and my mother was always angry at me and my sister for literally everything, nothing we ever did was good enough. Also, my parents were always in some sort of debt, we never had nice things, I barely got any presents, and if I ever got one, I was made feeling extremely guilty about it afterwards. So, me and my sister moved out of family home and moved to UK at the first possible opportunity. I promised myself I will not live like my mother, with a man she resents and forever in debt.
Fast forward now, I am pretty much my mother, and in my lowest moments it makes me not want to wake up in the morning.
I was at university and working part time when I met my current partner, he was working full time. When I graduated, we were dating for couple of years and decided to rent a place together. I was currently in debt due to being a broke student, and moving together made my financial situation worse, but manageable, because I landed full time position shortly after graduating. He however decided he wanted to go to Uni as well, which meant for the next 4 years we would live on a full time and part time salary, and our debt increasing. Couple of years forward, I noticed he started receiving some letters in the post which he proceeded to immediately hide from me. That lasted for few months, so I decided to investigate what is happening. I just want to point out, that any talk about money, finances or moving out from UK were met with instant anger. He knew I don’t want to stay in UK and wanted to move out as soon as possible, and knew financial stability is important to me. Anyway, to my shock I found out he took out some debts behind my back, it was about £2500 at that time. He was also paying for a phone contract he didn’t use cause he was too lazy to cancel it. I challenged him on it, I was understanding etc and he promised me he won’t do it again. Not even a week later he took another payday loan for £300. I asked him why he did it and he said ‘I don’t know’. Then gave me a sob story that his mother might have cancer (which she hasn’t , she is quite sickly and her having a potential cancer happened quite often since then). I was questioning my relationship at that point, but decided to stay cause I thought he might change and be more open with money, and be careful. Fast forward another couple of years, he says he wants a child. I never liked kids, I was very awkward around them, didn’t know what to do, and I enjoyed being child free. However, a year later I caved in and got pregnant, because I thought we will have the opportunity to create a loving family on our terms. Shortly before our child was born, I took a consolidation loan to replace our high interest debt and ease the repayments, which now I know was a mistake. Our daughter was born in the beginning of Covid lockdown, I had to give birth and stay in hospital on my own. He wouldn’t spend any time with his child, every time he came back from work he was stressed, tired and pissed off, every time I asked him something he would literally bite my head off, even over smallest things. Every 5 min he had, he went upstairs and sat in front of a PC watching some YouTube videos, he even took meals with him. So at this point I was doing 100% of childcare, walks, house cleaning, cooking, I was also exercising and dieting to lose baby weight, AND I came back to work. I started to resent him at this point and pretty much stopped speaking to him, cause I had enough of being talked to like trash. Things got little better when daughter got bigger, he spends more time with her, but I still do almost everything and work full time now. Around 1,5 year ago I noticed some similar patterns that happened before - bunch of letters being hidden and his refusal to talk. It continued to the point where he was always short on money after each pay day, even though he earned more than me. So me, on top of the bills I pay from my salary (which leave me with less than £50, I somehow had to fork out 300-500 each month just so we can have food on the table. So by now, my credit card was also full again (also, the loan). So I investigated again (yes I looked through his emails and I’m not sorry, he broke my trust before), and I was mortified. Turns out he owns money to 10+ different companies and debt is more than 11k. I almost had a heart attack to be fair.
So, I am here looking after the child he wanted and I’m tits deep in debt.
Now this is where my problem lies: I am afraid of confrontation. I’m scared of fights and making people angry etc so I still haven’t said anything to him. Backstory: we both live in UK, bur we’re not originally from UK. I emigrated here in 2010, him in 2012 and we met at work.
I have 2 parents and 2 older siblings. My sister lives in UK, my brother lives in my home country with his family.
Now, I can’t say I had the worst family experience, but it wasn’t the best. I was the youngest child, not particularly wanted at that point, because my parents already had my brother and sister. And I felt that during my childhood. My brother abused me physically and mentally since I was a little child, my father didn’t give a damn, and my mother was always angry at me and my sister for literally everything, nothing we ever did was good enough. Also, my parents were always in some sort of debt, we never had nice things, I barely got any presents, and if I ever got one, I was made feeling extremely guilty about it afterwards. So, me and my sister moved out of family home and moved to UK at the first possible opportunity. I promised myself I will not live like my mother, with a man she resents and forever in debt.
Fast forward now, I am pretty much my mother, and in my lowest moments it makes me not want to wake up in the morning.
I was at university and working part time when I met my current partner, he was working full time. When I graduated, we were dating for couple of years and decided to rent a place together. I was currently in debt due to being a broke student, and moving together made my financial situation worse, but manageable, because I landed full time position shortly after graduating. He however decided he wanted to go to Uni as well, which meant for the next 4 years we would live on a full time and part time salary, and our debt increasing. Couple of years forward, I noticed he started receiving some letters in the post which he proceeded to immediately hide from me. That lasted for few months, so I decided to investigate what is happening. I just want to point out, that any talk about money, finances or moving out from UK were met with instant anger. He knew I don’t want to stay in UK and wanted to move out as soon as possible, and knew financial stability is important to me. Anyway, to my shock I found out he took out some debts behind my back, it was about £2500 at that time. He was also paying for a phone contract he didn’t use cause he was too lazy to cancel it. I challenged him on it, I was understanding etc and he promised me he won’t do it again. Not even a week later he took another payday loan for £300. I asked him why he did it and he said ‘I don’t know’. Then gave me a sob story that his mother might have cancer (which she hasn’t , she is quite sickly and her having a potential cancer happened quite often since then). I was questioning my relationship at that point, but decided to stay cause I thought he might change and be more open with money, and be careful. Fast forward another couple of years, he says he wants a child. I never liked kids, I was very awkward around them, didn’t know what to do, and I enjoyed being child free. However, a year later I caved in and got pregnant, because I thought we will have the opportunity to create a loving family on our terms. Shortly before our child was born, I took a consolidation loan to replace our high interest debt and ease the repayments, which now I know was a mistake. Our daughter was born in the beginning of Covid lockdown, I had to give birth and stay in hospital on my own. For everyone else, I think I know what the Blackbeard pirates want to get out of Egghead Island. I think that the Blackbeard pirates are going to try and acquire the Seraphim to add to their ranks, and I think they have a real good chance at doing just that.
Blackbeard has just personally had an encounter with the Seraphim on Amazon Lilly. I can’t remember if it was S-Snake or S-Hawk that attacked him, but Blackbeard first off recognised the dark skin, white hair, flames and black wings of the Seraphim as traits of the Lunarians, then he had to use Haki to block an attack. Now quite soon after that we have seen one of his ships approaching Egghead island, and I think it’s so that he can acquire the Seraphim to strengthen his crew. With what we now know about York, how she doesn’t want to die, and how she has taken steps to frame people, pick off the other Vegapunks and escape, doesn’t she sound a lot like Blackbeard?
The thing that Blackbeard really needs is a way to control the seraphim, the thing that York really needs/wants is safety. Looks like these two can help each other out.If York runs into the Blackbeard pirates, it would only be a matter of time before they figure out a mutually beneficial deal for them both would be to team up.
So why does Black need to strengthen his fleet? Chapter 1079 put emphasis on the fact that Shanks' wider fleet is not very strong. They are straight gag characters to be honest. We don’t know about Blackbeards extended fleet, we don’t know thaaaat much about his direct crew. We do know that at this point they are captaining their own ships but we would expect they are leading some fairly fodder crew. This however doesn’t really make sense with Blackbeards MO, and I think we’ve gotten a hint in this chapter as to the WHY in regards of why Blackbeard has sent his crew or himself to Egghead. I don’t think it’s actually Blackbeard who’s arrived, I think he’ll have his hands full with Gary, but you can tell by the design of it, the logs that it is at the very least one of his commanders, not some random ship from his fleet that flies his flag by association.
Now I think about it, we haven’t actually seen anything about his crew outside of his commanders. Quite contrary to Shanks and his "weak" fleet, you’d assume that Blackbeard would actually put in a bit more effort in his crew and Fleet beneath him. He would surround himself with strong people to help support him when he needs it most.
Blackbeard is patient to a tee, and it makes perfect sense that he would amass a super strong fleet, just the same way that he amassed his super strong crew by breaking the majority of them out of Impel Down. The same way that his yelled and begged his crew to help him when he attacked Whiteboard at Marineford.
Blackbeard is a scaredy-cat, but he’s not scared to ask for help, and he will win by any means necessary. Any low down dirty tactic, he’s a pirate, he’s named off the most famous, or infamous pirate in history. By having the Seraphim behind him, he’s basically got the Warlords behind him. The fact that the world used to be balanced by the World Government, the Yonkou, and the Seven Warlords means that if one of the Yonkou had the power of the Warlords behind them then the whole world is going to have to work together to stop them. This could be the start of the modern day God Valley where Marines and Pirates teamed up to defeat a powerful pirate.
Anyway, that’s my 2 cents.

Well, it's Sunday morning and another early drop of TOC 4 by Discoverplus. You know the drill ... I'll talk the line up, the food the judges and scoring, but won't reveal the winners here, but they will likely be in the comments so read at your own risk. It's a bittersweet review for me, as my beloved Kansas State Wildcats just tumbled out of the real March Madness yesterday. But.... the TOC must go on! And tonight's TOC is going to be brutal as I have way too many favorites in the game on this side of the bracket.
So here we go. All the chefs walk in as usual and Guy shows what happened last week on the bracket board. Here comes the audience!
Round One: "Mayday" Mei Lin vs. "Tiff" Tiffany Derry. Seed three: Mei Lin vs. Seed two Tiffany Derry. Wow. Guy is REALLY solid on this "May Day" nick name. Randomizer is still two proteins with surf and turf and the time is still 35 minutes. Tiger prawns, double cut pork chops, campfire pie iron, holiday supper and double move down. Tiffany and Mei have to agree together to move two categories down one. They now get flat iron steak instead of the pork chops and get weeknight dinner instead of holiday supper. Also these Prawns are HUGE.... they are like giant lobster tails with legs. Tiffany is making a Suya-crusted flat iron steak with prawn and couscous stew. She draws Simon. She explains what Suya spice blend is. Sounds delicious. Mei is making a Vietnamese rice bowl with fried tiger prawn egg rolls and Thai chili sirloin steak. She draws Justin. Mei is using the pie iron for her garlic while Tiffany uses it to char her tomatoes. We get a shot of Sasto, Shota and Hunter in the stew room watching. That would be a fun group to hang out with. Weirdly one of my favorite parts of this show is when they show you little bits of the judges like legs walking or hands buttoning a cardigan and I try to guess the judges. ....
And now, here come the judges: Michelle Bernstein, Jonathan Waxman and Rocco DiSpirito. Justin presents Mei's dish first. Michelle loves it because she eats something like it once a week. She likes the crunch on the prawn. She thinks the meat may or may not have too much sodium. Jonathan thinks it has the right amount. Rocco loves the steak. He says he isn't disappointed at all other than maybe she could have made a better use of the pie iron. Scoring is the same.. 50 points for taste, 30 for use of the randomizer and 20 for presentation. Simon presents Tiffany's dish. Rocco says it is a thoughtful and considered dish. And a great job on the steak. He seems to want more seasoning but likes it a lot. Michelle thinks the couscous is overcooked. She thinks it is fun. She doesn't like the dill. Jonathan says the steak is perfect. He doesn't think the couscous is overcooked but thinks it is a little bland. Scores are 85 vs. 92! The winner of this round will take on either Shota or Sasto next round.
Round Two: First seed Tobias Dorzon vs. fourth seed Karen Aknowicz. He beat Karen last year in TOC by a two point difference. Nicknames here are the Fox for Karen and the Huncho for Tobias. Randomizer: Crab meat, filet mignon, rotisserie oven, candlelit dinner, and high score respin. Tobias gets the respin. He spins equipment and gets rotisserie oven! Tobias draws Simon and he is cooking a seared filet mignon with crab and white wine cream sauce. Maneet and Stephanie are watching in the screening room. Karen is doing a play on a classic old-school steakhouse. She is making a spanakopita style crab bearnaise and butter basted filet mignon. She roasts onions in the rotisserie and then adds scraps of the steak into the basket to flavor the onions. Tobias finishes his steaks in the rotisserie oven after searing them. Karen is putting the crab into her creamed spinach. Justin seems to like what karen is doing. Okay this round is just making me freakin' hungry. Tobias was plating til the end so had no time to clean his plates. Judging: Justin presents Karen's dish first. They do a shot of Tobias in his trailer watching and he says "is that a candlelit dinner in a cereal bowl?" Michelle said looking at it it did not speak to her until she had a bite. She says it has a seductive romanticism. Jonathan says the spinach is exquisite, he thinks the steak is a little too thick cute. Rocco says it tastes like a candlelit dinner more than it looks and loves the onion. I'm guessing she's gonna get dinged on presentation points. Simon presents Tobias's dish. Michelle says the cook has a good grasp on meat cooking. She doesn't think it is the most creative. Rocco liked a plated dish. He thought the filet was undercooked. Jonathan thought his dish had too much meat. Score: 80 vs. 82 close round. The winner of this round will take on either Stephanie or Maneet.
Round three: And this will be my heartbreak round because I love both of these chefs from watching them on Top Chef. Eighth seed Shota Nakajima vs. fourth seed Mustache Joe Sasto. Mustache Joe's outfit is giving me giggles. Guy's nicknames are the Ninja and of course Mustache Joe. Guy says Shota would get the nicest guy award but Joe Sasto is also the nicest guy. (this sure seems true at least from what I've seen of them both in the past.. I don't want either one to lose.) Randomizer: halibut, hanger steak, cast iron multicooker, go to take out and move one up. Both chefs have to decide a which to move. They agree to move the multicooker to the meat tenderizer. Shota draws Justin (who apparently can speak a little Japanese) and is making a spin on Katsu Sando a Japanese fried pork cutlet sandwich -- he's doing a beef Katsu Sando with halibut twist inside. Joe draws Simon and is making Hanger Steak Dan Dan noodles with a halibut egg roll with duck sauce and Chinese hot mustard. Joe hits the garlic with the meat tenderizer and later uses it on the apricots. Shota uses the tenderizer on the steak. Katsu stands for "winning" in Japanese. We'll see if it holds up here. Shota is using both the steak and the halibut in two ways to try to win the randomizer points. Both chefs are using Kewpie mayo. Joe is doing some creative plating but is worried he doesn't have enough steak on the dish. It appears Shota is plating down to the wire. Judging: Justin presents.... Guy calls him the Wolfman. ? He does Shota's dish. Rocco says it is all working and he nailed the take out style. Jonathan loves it, his only downside is not enough ginger. Michelle says it is cravable. She says if she was super picky you can't find the halibut. Simon presents for Joe. Rocco saysit is a fun play on take out, but doesn't see it as a real take out dish. Jonathan disagrees and says it is take out. He doesn't get the use of the meat tenderizer. Michelle says it is a great take out dish and does get the tenderizer on the halibut. She isn't getting enough hanger steak. Score: 84 vs. 80.
Round four billed as the highlight of the night... altho how it will beat the last two rounds I don't know. Three seed Stephanie Izard, the OG Iron Chef vs. second seed Maneet Chauhan the only TOC champion still in the tournament. Randomizer: Calamari tubes and tentacles, rack of lamb, mortar and pestle, lunch special and surf or turf respin. They respin the surf. and.... get dover sole which both of them said they did not want. The dover sole is whole, so they have to break it down. Maneet is making a lamb meatball and tikka masala bunny chow with dover sole fish soup. Stephanie is makin a roasted lamb and cover sole sandwich with ceviche with a jus on the side. Stephanie says she's never broken down a dover sole before. Justin is presenting for Stephanie and Simon for Maneet. Maneet uses the mortar and pestle to grind spices. stephanie is using a sauce made by Shota which is kind of a fun shout out. Stephanie uses the mortar to make guacamole. Maneet's sandwich is very cute. Stephanie seems to struggle a little at the end. Judging: Simon presents first for Maneet. Rocco thought making soup out of the halibut was ambitious. He loved the soup and sandwich special. Michelle thought the fish chunks were too small but she thought it was creative. Jonathan said it was delicious but not the best use of the sole. He loved the lamb meatball. Justin presents for Stephanie and tells them to pour the jus on the sandwich. Michelle says the dipping gravy is messy but the flavor is ahome run. She says the lamb is very rare, she likes the cruchy hand made tortilla in the middle of the sandwich. Jonathan says he's missing the sole flavor. Rocco says it is cravable and balanced and "bad ass." Scoring: 86 v. 84.
That's it for tonight. I picked 3 of the 4 winners so it wasn't too bad. I'm definitely looking forward to the elite eight round next week. But this was a great match up from beginning to end. I think you will enjoy watching it.

Round Two: First seed Tobias Dorzon vs. fourth seed Karen Aknowicz. He beat Karen last year in TOC by a two point difference. Nicknames here are the Fox for Karen and the Huncho for Tobias. Randomizer: Crab meat, filet mignon, rotisserie oven, candlelit dinner, and high score respin. Tobias gets the respin. He spins equipment and gets rotisserie oven! Tobias draws Simon and he is cooking a seared filet mignon with crab and white wine cream sauce. Maneet and Stephanie are watching in the screening room. Karen is doing a play on a classic old-school steakhouse. She is making a spanakopita style crab bearnaise and butter basted filet mignon. She roasts onions in the rotisserie and then adds scraps of the steak into the basket to flavor the onions. Tobias finishes his steaks in the rotisserie oven after searing them. Karen is putting the crab into her creamed spinach. Justin seems to like what karen is doing. Okay this round is just making me freakin' hungry. Tobias was plating til the end so had no time to clean his plates. Judging: Justin presents Karen's dish first. They do a shot of Tobias in his trailer watching and he says "is that a candlelit dinner in a cereal bowl?" Michelle said looking at it it did not speak to her until she had a bite. She says it has a seductive romanticism. Jonathan says the spinach is exquisite, he thinks the steak is a little too thick cute. Rocco says it tastes like a candlelit dinner more than it looks and loves the onion. I'm guessing she's gonna get dinged on presentation points. Simon presents Tobias's dish. Michelle says the cook has a good grasp on meat cooking. She doesn't think it is the most creative. Rocco liked a plated dish. He thought the filet was undercooked. Jonathan thought his dish had too much meat. Score: 80 vs. 82 close round. The winner of this round will take on either Stephanie or Maneet.
Round three: And this will be my heartbreak round because I love both of these chefs from watching them on Top Chef. Eighth seed Shota Nakajima vs. fourth seed Mustache Joe Sasto. Mustache Joe's outfit is giving me giggles. Guy's nicknames are the Ninja and of course Mustache Joe. Guy says Shota would get the nicest guy award but Joe Sasto is also the nicest guy. (this sure seems true at least from what I've seen of them both in the past.. I don't want either one to lose.) Randomizer: halibut, hanger steak, cast iron multicooker, go to take out and move one up. Both chefs have to decide a which to move. They agree to move the multicooker to the meat tenderizer. Shota draws Justin (who apparently can speak a little Japanese) and is making a spin on Katsu Sando a Japanese fried pork cutlet sandwich -- he's doing a beef Katsu Sando with halibut twist inside. Joe draws Simon and is making Hanger Steak Dan Dan noodles with a halibut egg roll with duck sauce and Chinese hot mustard. Joe hits the garlic with the meat tenderizer and later uses it on the apricots. Shota uses the tenderizer on the steak. Katsu stands for "winning" in Japanese. We'll see if it holds up here. Shota is using both the steak and the halibut in two ways to try to win the randomizer points. Both chefs are using Kewpie mayo. Joe is doing some creative plating but is worried he doesn't have enough steak on the dish. It appears Shota is plating down to the wire. Judging: Justin presents.... Guy calls him the Wolfman. ? He does Shota's dish. Rocco says it is all working and he nailed the take out style. Jonathan loves it, his only downside is not enough ginger. Michelle says it is cravable. She says if she was super picky you can't find the halibut. Simon presents for Joe. Rocco saysit is a fun play on take out, but doesn't see it as a real take out dish. Jonathan disagrees and says it is take out. He doesn't get the use of the meat tenderizer. Michelle says it is a great take out dish and does get the tenderizer on the halibut. She isn't getting enough hanger steak. Score: 84 vs. 80.
Round four billed as the highlight of the night... altho how it will beat the last two rounds I don't know. Three seed Stephanie Izard, the OG Iron Chef vs. second seed Maneet Chauhan the only TOC champion still in the tournament. Randomizer: Calamari tubes and tentacles, rack of lamb, mortar and pestle, lunch special and surf or turf respin. They respin the surf. and.... get dover sole which both of them said they did not want. The dover sole is whole, so they have to break it down. Maneet is making a lamb meatball and tikka masala bunny chow with dover sole fish soup. Stephanie is makin a roasted lamb and cover sole sandwich with ceviche with a jus on the side. Stephanie says she's never broken down a dover sole before. Justin is presenting for Stephanie and Simon for Maneet. Maneet uses the mortar and pestle to grind spices. stephanie is using a sauce made by Shota which is kind of a fun shout out. Stephanie uses the mortar to make guacamole. Maneet's sandwich is very cute. Stephanie seems to struggle a little at the end. Judging: Simon presents first for Maneet. Rocco thought making soup out of the halibut was ambitious. He loved the soup and sandwich special. Michelle thought the fish chunks were too small but she thought it was creative. Jonathan said it was delicious but not the best use of the sole. He loved the lamb meatball. Justin presents for Stephanie and tells them to pour the jus on the sandwich. Michelle says the dipping gravy is messy but the flavor is ahome run. She says the lamb is very rare, she likes the cruchy hand made tortilla in the middle of the sandwich. Jonathan says he's missing the sole flavor. Rocco says it is cravable and balanced and "bad ass." Scoring: 86 v. 84.
That's it for tonight. I picked 3 of the 4 winners so it wasn't too bad. I'm definitely looking forward to the elite eight round next week. But this was a great match up from beginning to end. I think you will enjoy watching it.

The amount of posts I see online of FM players complaining about “game bugs” because they’ve broken their 62-game winning streak with Preston by losing to a relegation-level team, acting like that’s the fault of FM rather than just being part of football.
Sure, some players might not have that much knowledge of how football works before playing, and that’s fair enough, but Jesus Christ I didn’t think there’d be so many highly-rated posts and comments which just seem ignorant to what happens IRL.
For all the criticism FM does deserve for its complacency and yada yada, the work that’s put into it to make a realistic portrayal of Football that actually works for a game is huge.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place since I'm new to reddit and have no idea of what I'm doing.
I'm writing this because for years, I've tried to convince myself that my older sister was just like every other average person but really, she isn't. I don't have the resources to reach out to a medical professional and so I wanted to see if anybody here could relate to my sister's behaviour.
For as long as I can remember, my sister was a very quiet, isolated person. My mom always said she was shy as a child which I initially believed but that so isn't the case anymore. Academically, she's very bright, gets straight A's in university and is always winning competitions and is always on the dean's list. But emotionally, she often acts like a child that did not grow up mentally past the age of 9 I would say? And I'm not saying this because I'm a sibling and because siblings fight, they call each other childish. No, this isn't that. We are 4 siblings- I'm the youngest. My other 2 older siblings have always agreed with me. Another thing to mention is that she feels extremely repulsed by men. She has since birth according to my mom. Even as an infant, she would refuse to go into my dad's arms and this behaviour continued all the way until she was a toddler and till today. When my brother was born, she was always angry and often found ways to hurt him according to my mom. She would drag him by the leg out of his cot when he was only a few months old. To this day, despite living under the same roof, she does not speak to my brother at all. Not even 2 words in a month even though he has done nothing but be a good brother. He loves me and my other sister unconditionally. He tried initiating a healthy brother-sister relationship with her for years but she never reciprocated and so he got frustrated and stopped trying. She makes faces if she has to sit next to him on the dinner table or sit next to him in general.
She loudly voices it by saying "Hey X, I do not want to sit next to him. Could you please sit between us?" and it really hurts my brother's feelings. For years we've tried to ask her if he ever did something wrong and she always says no but continues to say that men are useless and selfish creatures. Another thing to mention is how childish she acts when someone's having a disagreement or argument with her. When you try to calmly get your point across, she will shut her ears and say "I don't wanna listen. I dont wanna listen. Go away" like a 5 year old when indeed, she's 23. Another really annoying thing about her is that she will go around randomly mimicking phrases she's heard someone say. If we're in public, its extremely embarrassing because people start looking at us and she just laughs. And if we're in private, its a nightmare to hear it day in and day out. And she'll do this pretty much throughout the day. So that's several hours in a day. I'm not a violent person whatsoever but it drives me insane to the point where I feel like bashing her head into a wall.
She will also come and correct you for NO reason. Like you could be minding your own business and like a little child, she'll come and say "you're not doing it right! I know better! Let me show you how its done!" 😐. My parents also celebrate every thing about her. Like a few days ago, I got a 96 on a very important exam and I went and told my parents and got nothing than a "oh good for you". She immediately saw that and drew attention to herself by saying "Oh I didn't tell you guys but I got a 90 on my exam last week" and my parents were over the moon, congratulating her and saying how proud they are of her. She could say that she made it through the day and that she's tired, and my parents will be like "Oh I'm so sorry! You poor thing! Here, let me get that for you. Go get some rest. You look like you've had a rough day". Meanwhile I could have the worst day ever and I come home to "You're so selfish! You never help out with household chores. You come home late from the university as an excuse to not do any work!" when in reality my university classes go up to 8pm and my commute home is 1.5 hours. So I reach home around close to 10pm. And this isn't just a comparison to me, my other two siblings are treated just like me. My parents also do not let her do anything on her own because they say she's incapable of doing them by herself and they always send one of us with her to 'help her' when she's clearly capable of doing it on her own. Like for example: she once needed to go the bank to get her statement printed. All she needed to do was take a ticket number, wait, and then tell the lady at the counter to print it for her. My parents and I got into an argument because they wanted me (I was 16 at the time) to go with her because she couldn't 'do it alone' and she started making sad faces and so I was forced to go with her was something so nominal. She also has this weird habit of pulling her own eyebrows out by running a finger through them. She basically has no eyebrows left at this point.
On a few different occasions I brought it up with my parents about how her behavior isn't normal for a 23 year old adult. They agree to some extent and then say "This is just how she is. You as her sister need to tolerate it. If you wont, who will?". And I tell them thats exactly the point, I'm her sister, I might tolerate her. But no one else will if her behaviour continues. I suggested them to take her to a psychiatrist? To maybe get her diagnosed? But they call me crazy for doing that to my own sister.
Can someone tell me if there's anything more I can do?

For some background we have been together 8 years, married for 5 years. My wife is a foreign national and requires a visa sponsored by me to live and work in my country. (This will become relevant later)
So until about 6 months ago i presumed that we were both happy but that turned out to just be me. My wife has been desperately unhappy for quite some time against my knowledge (or more due to my lack of listening) and a lot of that has come down to me.
I have been emotional abusive to my wife in the time we have been together. Which is not something i am in anyway proud of, or understood until recently. I had no idea of the affect i was having on her mental state. Im the type of person that in a problem would not stress a lot about it and would say “dont worry it will sort itself out”. And since beginning to understand i have started therapy to understand why i’m like this and how to change it.
As i’m only human in the last 6 months i have made mistakes leading to my wife having basically left me, even though we still live together. What she wants is for me to move home for sometime to leave her to sort her own mental state out. However she isn’t actively in therapy (has been previously), and when i ask about it she says she cant afford it because shes saving for the final stage of her visa which i have offered to help with but have been told no. I have also offered to pay for her therapy.
In these last 6 months there has been no intimacy of any kind (not even a hug). I’m feeling very pushed away by her and when we talk about it shes says that this is how shes has felt since moving here.
She also feels trapped in that she doesn’t want to leave the work she does here as she love it, she doesn’t want move back to her own country as she would have to start over again job wise, and staying here means shes with me. She cant move out as she is saving for her visa and where we live is very expensive to rent.
We don’t have many friends due to me having to move away from the place were we met for work, before she moved here, and with her family being in her home country she hasn’t got much in the way of a support system, other than me. I haven’t been very supportive towards her in our relationship, which is something i am now trying to work on.
What i want is to fix our relationship, so that we can both be happy, but in the current situation, i’m not being allowed to try with her and i feel stuck. When i ask her what she wants i’m met with i don’t know and that she needs time to sort herself out.
However i’m left wondering now that if she is just waiting out now for her visa, when i will no longer have to be her sponsor and she can live permanently here. Im not making out that she was only with me to get a visa so she can stay here, we genuinely loved each other.
I’m completely at a loss of how to move forward, i am considering moving home for a while but i really do not want to, as its not a place i enjoy visiting let alone living. But this is all i have to go off.

Hello! I got my Supernote A6X in the early winter of 2022, along with its "refill" pen (I'm on a budget lol.)
My experience with the tablet had been absolutely wonderful until about two months ago, when the power button wouldn't work sometimes and I would have to re-press it, but that wasn't really an issue for me. After a week or so, though, the button problem became progressively worse until one day I had to press multiple times to turn the screen on from screensaver mode. The next day, I was unable to turn my A6X on at all. Until now, the screensaver has been frozen like that ;-;👍. And I didn't sync my files for a while. I'll do it next time, I promise T^T.
I've searched the net and tried solutions like charging the tablet and using a pin to factory reset, but nothing seems to work. The light at the top right wouldn't even turn on when I charged it ;-;.
The problem may have been caused when I dropped my A6X last year twice. If it helps to know, the height of the first drop was about one meter (from my desk to a marble floor) and the second drop was about 60 cm (from my bed to the floor.) Both times were direct drops. My heart sank but everything worked perfectly fine even after that. Besides, Supernote tablets passed the drop test or wtv, so I wasn't really worried?
A friend suggested that it might be because I put my A6X in a bag with a bunch of textbooks and so it "overheated" or something like that, but I never put my bag in direct sunlight (it would be in AC most of the time), nor did I sandwich my A6X between the textbooks. My bag even has nets on the sides for ventilation.
I'm aware that Supernote doesn't have a physical shop, and I'd probably have to send it back. I'm not sure if the problem is with the device or me, but the people who have used Supernote say it lasts pretty long, so it might be me. My experience with the tablet had been absolutely wonderful until about two months ago, when the power button wouldn't work sometimes and I would have to re-press it, but that wasn't really an issue for me. After a week or so, though, the button problem became progressively worse until one day I had to press multiple times to turn the screen on from screensaver mode. The next day, I was unable to turn my A6X on at all. Until now, the screensaver has been frozen like that ;-;👍. And I didn't sync my files for a while. I'll do it next time, I promise T^T.
I've searched the net and tried solutions like charging the tablet and using a pin to factory reset, but nothing seems to work. The light at the top right wouldn't even turn on when I charged it ;-;.
The problem may have been caused when I dropped my A6X last year twice. If it helps to know, the height of the first drop was about one meter (from my desk to a marble floor) and the second drop was about 60 cm (from my bed to the floor.) Both times were direct drops. My heart sank but everything worked perfectly fine even after that. Besides, Supernote tablets passed the drop test or wtv, so I wasn't really worried?
A friend suggested that it might be because I put my A6X in a bag with a bunch of textbooks and so it "overheated" or something like that, but I never put my bag in direct sunlight (it would be in AC most of the time), nor did I sandwich my A6X between the textbooks. My bag even has nets on the sides for ventilation.
I'm aware that Supernote doesn't have a physical shop, and I'd probably have to send it back. I'm not sure if the problem is with the device or me, but the people who have used Supernote say it lasts pretty long, so it might be me.
