If you're looking for an interesting, lesser known Orzhov commander, Ria might be for you. This is one of those decks that can win in a few different ways. It's almost like a weird, sort-of infect deck disguised as a sort-of voltron deck with a light sprinkling of aristocrats.
I'm also going to avoid tagging too many cards in this post since it seems to break the fetcher bot so you may prefer reading the primer on Moxfield where you can hover and see the cards as you read them.

INTRODUCTION

Fun fact, Ria Ivor, Bane of Bladehold was the very character depicted on the original printing of Hero of Bladehold from Mirrodin Besieged. A token-generating powerhouse who, in a cruel twist of irony, now brings with her a swarm of relentless Mites in her conquest of Bladehold, the very land she once fought so valiantly to protect.
This deck is designed to take advantage of Ria's ability to prevent combat damage and create a number of Mite tokens equal to that damage instead. We want to hit hard but translate that power into increasing our Mite army and use it to completely overwhelm our opponents.
We're not looking to deal 40 damage to everyone, no, we're looking to bury them under a mountain of Mites and make them succumb to Phyresis. 10 poison counters each, 1 fantastic commander and an army of Mites (although we can absolutely kick them to the curb with commander damage or 40 damage by other means).

PROS, CONS & POWER LEVEL

Pros

• Ria is a lesser known commander and therefore not on the kill-on-sight list, so we may be able to get away with a smooth early game and not draw too much hate right away.
• Because Ria makes mites instead of dealing damage, you can sometimes politic your way into a cheeky free attack. "Hey I need to make some mites so can I swing at you but you don't take damage?" This way we can save things like Giver of Runes for defensive purposes.
• This deck has A TON of draw power and protection because they just fit nicely into our gameplan. It's interactive and can protect its important pieces very effectively as well as keep our hand full throughout the game.

Cons

• The mites are 1/1's so a board-wide debuff such as Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite really hurts this deck. However, that is why we run so much spell-based removal. Nearly all of our removal can deal with Norn.
• The deck is dependent on Ria so if opponents get annoyed by the Mites they may start to point more removal at her. Be ready to hold up mana for protection spells.
• While I personally have not encountered anyone who has a problem with this deck, keep in mind that some players may not enjoy poison strategies so be sure to have that discussion with them before pulling out this deck.

Power Level

• This is a mid-power casual deck. I would hesitate to call it high-power casual since there are much faster decks at that sort of level. Although, with the right starting hand and good draws, it can absolutely demolish tables by turn 7-8.
• There are no combos. It feels fair and has a pretty telegraphed gameplan.

THE GAMEPLAN

We want to have enough Mites ready to swing at an opponent such that at least a few will get through even if they use all of their creatures to block. We can't chip away at creatures since damage wears off at end of turn so we need to swing with more Mites than there are blockers.
To do this, we first need to connect with another creature and have Ria Ivor, Bane of Bladehold prevent that damage and instead turn it into a number of Mite tokens. This is why we have evasive Flyers, unblockable Shadow creatures and multiple ways of granting our creatures some form of evasion, flying or protection to make sure their attacks get through (things like Shizo, Death's Storehouse or Gryff's Boon). Obviously, if an opponent has no creatures then the decision is easy; swing at them for easy mites. Even on an empty board, Ria can target herself with her own ability and make Mites on her own if she connects with combat damage.
It goes without saying that we should be looking to make Mites every turn. We must condition our brain into wanting our mite count to increase by a large number, rather than wanting our opponents' life totals to decrease by a large number. Move to combat and target our strongest-power creature with Ria's ability and get it to connect with an opponent. In some cases, however, we may want to target one of our Flyers (or Dauthi Voidwalker) even if they don't have the highest power but can guarantee some mites.
Ria is essential to our gameplan so if we're able to find some form of protection such as Swiftfoot Boots, it may be a good idea to play slightly behind curve so we can equip those boots immediately when she hits the field (in other words: cast her when we have 5 mana available instead of just 4). This deck has A LOT of draw power so finding those protection pieces isn't terribly difficult. It's also worth noting that if you have instant-speed, one-time protection effects like Malakir Rebirth, it's a good idea to hold up mana in case you need them. If you're tapping out each turn while any of these are in hand, then they're basically wasted deck slots.
Overwhelm opponents with an army of Mites, steadily getting bigger and bigger. Swing with impunity because the little critters are expendable and each time one of them connects, it will apply a Poison counter to that opponent. But remember, swing into boards with less blockers than Mites because we want to ensure we're getting some Toxic damage through. We have effects that benefit from our Mites throwing themselves at the enemy and dying, effects such as Grave Pact and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim.
While all of this is happening, we'll find bigger and better protection pieces like Eldrazi Monument to grant our board indestructible and flying. We'll likely also find things like Cranial Plating to grant creatures a sizable power buff which translates to A LOT more Mites when they connect with combat damage. And things like Mondrak, Glory Dominus just accelerate the pace at which we can grow our Mite army.
In the mid to late game, it may be better to not attack with Mites at all until we've amassed an army big enough to take somebody out with one swing. Or simply wait until we find that Eldrazi Monument or Odric, Master Tactician after which our Mites can slip past most blockers and start applying poison, while Ria keeps making more of them each combat.
Continue swarming opponents with Mites and focus down the most threatening player. Don't be nice! We're going to become archenemy so embrace being the bad guy! Even the odds and take oponents out with infect one at a time, starting with the player who is the biggest threat to us OR whoever has the least blockers or is closest to 10 poison. We have a few proliferate effects to speed things up as well.
While our main gameplan is the Mites and 10 poison counters, there will be some opportunities to take players out with commander damage. For example, a late game Cranial Plating with a ton of Mites can easily boost Ria Ivor to 21 or more power. If she has some kind of evasion and an opponent is vulnerable, maybe don't target her with her ability (target another creature to make Mites) and let her deal the full 21 damage and just take someone out of the game.
And finally, we have an alternate win-con in the form of Corpse Knight, who makes all opponents lose 1 life for each creature we put on our field. So in the late game when we have a super beefed up and evasive creature, we can swing with just that one to make a ton of mites and let Corpse Knight drain everyone out.

PACKAGES

Ramp (9)

• Myr Convert, Plague Myr, Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Orzhov Signet, Talisman of Hierarchy and Thought Vessel all generate mana on their own.
• Phyrexian Altar can exchange any creature for one colored mana; we'll have plenty of Mites to take advantage of this ability.
• If we're desperate for mana we can use Vraska, Betrayal's Sting to turn one of our Mites (or any other creature) into a Treasure token and sac it for mana.

Removal & Interaction (15)

• Vraska, Betrayal's Sting can turn an enemy creature into a Treasure token which can function as removal since it takes away its other card types and abilities.
• Damn can function as a single-target removal spell or a board wipe if we choose to overload it.
• Armix, Filigree Thrasher, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Infernal Grasp, Drown in Ichor, Grave Pact and Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire can deal with enemy creatures.
• Fracture can get rid of an artifact, enchantment or planeswalker.
• Despark, Anguished Unmaking and Generous Gift can get rid permanents.
• Odric, Master Tactician can sort of function as removal if we force our opponents to block in a way that their creatures die and ours survive.

Card Draw & Card Advantage (16)

• Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's main 0 ability not only draws us a card but is also her main way of gaining loyalty thanks to that Proliferate.
• Esper Sentinel and Archivist of Oghma both have stax effects that can draw us cards depending on our opponents' actions.
• Commissar Severina Raine lets us sacrifice another creature in exchange for card draw.
• Losheel, Clockwork Scholar, Mentor of the Meek, Rumor Gatherer, Welcoming Vampire, Bennie Bracks, Zoologist, Idol of Oblivion and Tocasia's Welcome all draw us cards in some form or other when we create Mite tokens.
• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician can sac a creature in exchange for card draw, limited only by how much life we want to pay and how many creatures we want to sac.
• Dauthi Voidwalker doesn't draw us cards but it does give us the option to cast one of our opponents' cards so this functions as card advantage.
• Night's Whisper and Infectious Inquiry are straightforward one-time card draw spells.
• Skullclamp is a fantastic card draw engine since we're creature a ton of 1-toughness little Mites so we can pay 1 to equip this onto a Mite, have it die and draw two cards in exchange.

Protection & Evasion (17)

• Giver of Runes, Mother of Runes and Skrelv, Defector Mite all have activated abilities that grant protection from a certain color to a target creature.
• Sejiri Shelter is very similar except it's not repeatable like the creatures mentioned above.
• Flawless Maneuver can grant our creatures Indestructible and is free to cast if we control our commander.
• Teferi's Protection can phase us out at instant speed which helps us protect our board and ourselves for a turn.
• Gift of Doom grants the enchanted creature Indestructible.
• Eldrazi Monument gives Indestructible and Flying to our whole team for the low cost of a single Mite each turn.
• Cover of Darkness can grant all creatures of a certain type Fear, making them unblockable except by Black and/or Artifact creatures.
• Swiftfoot Boots gives the equipped creature Hexproof, making it a lot harder to interact with.
• Cultist of the Absolute gives our commander Flying for easy attacks and Ward to make it slightly harder to remove.
• Gryff's Boon is a simple Aura that grants Flying which makes it easy for that creature to deal damage. Most of the time we'll be putting this on our commander and using its 4 power to create 4 Mite tokens.
• Malakir Rebirth, while not explicitly protection, does allow us to reanimate a creature at instant speed that would otherwise be sent to the graveyard after damage or removal.
• Odric, Master Tactician, Rogue's Passage and Shizo, Death's Storehouse can make creatures unblockable so they can easily create Mites.
• Enlightened Tutor isn't a protection piece itself but it can help us find one: Gift of Doom or Swiftfoot Boots, as well as any other enchantment or artifact.

Tokens Matter (10)

• Ria Ivor, Bane of Bladehold is our main source of Mite token generation.
• Adeline, Resplendent Cathar creates three tokens whenever she attacks.
• Essence of Orthodoxy and Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos can make Incubator tokens which work with our various other tokens-matter synergies.
• Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Anointed Procession double the number of tokens that would be generated by any of our effects.
• Auriok Champion, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim and Corpse Knight don't explicitly care about tokens but they all have strong effects that synergize nicely with token creation.
• Cranial Plating also doesn't exactly refer to tokens but since we're making so many artifact mites, it synergizes nicely with our other tokens-matter stuff.

Super Spreaders (13)

• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician and Vraska, Betrayal's Sting both have activated abilities that let us Proliferate.
• Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos lets us proliferate at the end of each turn in which one of our Phyrexians died.
• Grateful Apparition lets us Proliferate each time it deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker and its built-in Flying makes this pretty easy to acheive.
• Drown in Ichor has proliferate attached to its main effect.
• Infectious Inquiry, Skrelv, Defector Mite, Myr Convert, Plague Myr, Pestilent Syphoner, Plague Stinger and Flesh-Eater Imp all have some way to poison opponents.
• Vraska, Betrayal's Sting has an ultimate ability that moves a single opponent's poison count up to 9, so just one more proliferate trigger or Mite can finish them off.

NOTABLE INCLUDES

Wanted to quickly discuss some interesting applications of certain cards and point out why they're good in this deck.
Giver of Runes, Mother of Runes and Skrelv, Defector Mite all have activated abilities that grant protection from a certain color to a target creature. Most of the time we'll be using this aggressively to get a big-power attacker through blockers and turn that damage into a bunch of Mite tokens but these abilities can be used reactively as well to save our commander or another creature from targeted removal. Just be mindful when naming "White" or "Black" since we are running a few Auras like Gift of Doom and Gryff's Boon so they will fall off the attached creature if it gains protection from their color so just keep that in mind. Along that train of thought, Ria herself is Black and White so if you plan on swinging your creature through a board of black/white creatures, use Giver of Runes on that creature AFTER Ria has granted it her Mite-generating ability.
Auriok Champion and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim are in here because let's face it, once this deck gets going, we're going to become archenemy, so staying healthy is paramount especially since our little Mites will be attacking (and the fact that they quite literally cannot block). So gaining life each time we make a Mite is a great way to keep our life total nice and healthy. Auriok Champion is particularly good thanks to protection from Red and Black so not only does it dodge a lot of common removal, but it triggers whenever ANYONE plays a creature, so it'll gain us a ton of life over the course of the game.
Corpse Knight sort of does the opposite function, forcing opponents to lose 1 life each time a creature ETBs on our field. So in the late game, if we have an evasive and super powerful creature (for example, Ria with Cultist of the Absolute and equipped with Cranial Plating), we can swing with that creature to make a ton of mites and just have Corpse Knight do all the work and drain our opponents out with minimal effort.
Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos can create an incubator token whenever we cast a Phyrexian creature or Artifact creature. That's nice but not as nice as his other ability, which lets us Proliferate at the end of each turn in which one of our Phyrexians died. Our Mite tokens are Phyrexians and we have a few instant-speed sac outlets which we can use to trigger Brimaz on everybody's turn. Things like Flesh-Eater Imp and Phyreixan Altar are completely free, but we also have Yawgmoth, Thran Physician and Commissar Severina Raine which are instant speed but require some extra cost. It's also worth noting that Mondrak, Glory Dominus is also repeatable (we can put multiple indestructible counters on him), probably won't come up very often but if we're desperate to finish somebody off with a proliferate trigger with Brimaz then it's an option.
Flesh-Eater Imp is particularly strong since it can sac other creatures at instant speed to give itself a buff. This guy can finish opponents off easily since it has 2 base power already and we'd need at most 8 other sac fodder to straight up K.O. an opponent with its infect damage. It's in here for the same reasons as Pestilent Syphoner and Plague Stinger, an evasive creature that can be used to make Mites or simply apply poison.
Odric, Master Tactician is of the best finishers in our deck simply because he can make it so our creatures cannot be blocked by enemy creatures. If we have a massive Mite army and resolve him, our opponents will be very dead to poison shortly after.
Eldrazi Monument is probably one of our best win-cons. It gives our whole team Flying and Indestructible while it's on the field, so not only does it make for easy Mite generation, but it also lets those Mites yeet themselves through the air and get over any potential blockers on the ground. If we resolve this while we have a massive Mite army (say, 20-30), we're either winning or at the very least taking two people out of the game right then and there.
Gift of Doom can be cast as a face-down creature for 3 and then turned face-up at anytime by sacrifcing another creature. The act of unmorphing does not use the stack and therefore cannot be responded to, meaning we can flip this face-up into its Aura side and put it on our commander, Ria Ivor before our opponents are allowed to respond. This is a great piece of protection in any black deck that creates expendable creatures.
Cover of Darkness is great in this deck because when it comes into play, we can grant all creatures of a certain type Fear (which makes them unblockable except by Black and/or Artifact creatures). Most of the time, we can name "Phyrexian" as our creature type since that will include our Mites, Ria herself and a few of the other creatures in the 99. However, in some very specific circumstances, we may want to name just "Mite" as our declared creature type. Since Cover of Darkness affects ALL creatures, we may not want to give the Atraxa player at the table a bunch of unblockable poison creatures. Only we're allowed to have unblockable poison creatures damn it! Regardless, this card is a great finisher because we can use it to slip past any non-black, non-artifact blockers and easily take out players at the table who can't block our mites. Then if anyone is left with black/artifact creatures, we can deal with them later.

NOTABLE EXCLUDES

"Why no anthem effects like Grafted Butcher or Tempered Steel to buff the Mites?"

• The Mites apply 1 poison counter when they connect regardless of what their power is, so I did not want to waste slots to buff their power if the main gameplan is to take opponents out with infect.
• Also, Skullclamp is a phenomenal card draw engine and buffing the Mites out of death range is just anti-synergy. The only exception in this deck is Eldrazi Monument but that's simply because it grants all of the Mites Flying and Indestructible which is just insanely good and well worth it.

"Why Gryff's Boon over Spirit Mantle?"

• Spirit Mantle is good in theory but let's read it a bit more closely: "has protection from creatures". So it's unblockable, great! BUT it also cannot be targeted by creature abilities, so Ria Ivor, Bane of Bladehold cannot use her effect on that creature. Even if we put this Aura on Ria, she cannot target herself to make Mites which is a big fat non-bo unfortunately. This is the same reason we're not running Lightning Greaves.
• Gryff's Boon is dirt cheap, grants some form of evasion with a small +1 power buff AND can recur itself without any other conditions. I found it to be very useful in this deck.

"Ok but where is Fallen Ideal?"

• I'm actually considering it, but haven't decided what to cut yet. It is listed in the Budget Options though.
• Right now I like Gryff's Boon in this slot because it leaves 2 mana open over Fallen Ideal for instant-speed interaction.

"Why not more toxic and infect support?"

• Our Mites are the main gameplan. Make Mites, lots of Mites, swing with Mites. They're doing the infecting for the most part.
• There's very little reason to waste precious card slots on creatures with Infect/Toxic unless they have some form of evasion or support the tokens-matter gameplan in some way, shape or form.

"Why no Brave the Elements as a finisher?"

• Unfortunately our Mites are colorless and Brave the Elements only provides its benefits to White creatures.

"How about Serra's Emissary as a second Odric?"

• Protection from creatures is great but it quite literally turns off our ability to make Mites since Ria needs to target one of our creatures. Protection prevents targeting.

BUDGET OPTIONS

Lands

• A good chunk of money can be immediately saved by simply replacing the expensive dual lands with cheaper ones that enter tapped. For example, Godless Shrine becomes Path of Ancestry, Marsh Flats becomes Sunlit Marsh, etc.
• Take a look through the list of Orzhov Lands and make the swaps you need to fit your budget.
• Prismatic Vista, Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire, Shizo, Death's Storehouse and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth can be replaced with 2 basic Swamps and 2 basic Plains.

Enchantments

• Grave Pact can be replaced with Behind the Scenes.
• Anointed Procession can be replaced with Fallen Ideal.
• Cover of Darkness can be replaced with Skrelv's Hive.

Artifacts

• Phyrexian Altar can be replaced with Decanter of Endless Water.
• Eldrazi Monument can be replaced with Contagion Clasp or Bronze Guardian.

Instants

• Anguished Unmaking can be replaced with Deadly Dispute.
• Malakir Rebirth can be replaced with a basic Swamp.
• Flawless Maneuver can be replaced with Offer Immortality or Unbreakable Formation.
• Teferi's Protection can be replaced with Charge of the Mites.
• Enlightened Tutor can be replaced with Open the Armory.

Creatures

• Esper Sentinel can be replaced with Crawling Chorus.
• Giver of Runes can be replaced with Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder.
• Archivist of Oghma can be replaced with Cruel Celebrant.
• Auriok Champion can be replaced with Suture Priest.
• Dauthi Voidwalker can be replaced with Luminarch Aspirant.
• Adeline, Resplendent Cathar can be replaced with Lurrus of the Dream-Den.
• Bennie Bracks, Zoologist can be replaced with Braids, Arisen Nightmare or Company Commander.
• Mondrak, Glory Dominus can be replaced with Phyrexian Vindicator.
• Celestine, the Living Saint can be replaced with Boon-Bringer Valkyrie.

Welcome to another edition of a random card being turned into an EDH Deck! Every Friday I create a budget (<$100) EDH Deck based entirely around a random card that I pull from scryfall.com (or that is suggested by someone else, either way it’s still random to me). I would love it if anyone has any suggestions for future random cards/decks or just wants to share their own experiences with any cards or decks discussed, I think this is a ton of fun.

Deck List
Deck Tech/Gameplay Video: (Lozhan, Dragon's Legacy vs Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp vs Alora, Merry Thief & Popular Entertainer vs Felisa, Fang of Silverquill)
This week’s deck uses [[Goblin Bomb]] as our random card (suggested by u/Stahpwiththisbullpls here on Reddit) and [[Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp]] as the commander. Goblin Bomb presents a very unique deckbuilding problem: it cares about unique counters that are difficult to put onto it. Since I didn't want to deal with a coin flipping deck I decided to focus on the counter aspect by adding as many cards into the deck that care about counters. We've got Fade Counters with [[Parallax Wave]], [[Defender en-Vec]], and [[Ancient Hydra]] but, by far, the most common type of counters we have are +1/+1 counters. This lets us play support pieces like [[Alharu, Solemn Ritualist]], [[Angelic Sleuth]], and [[Damning Verdict]] but the real question is: where do we get all the counters? The solution is Modular creatures. By filling our deck with Modular creatures (like [[Arcbound Overseer]], [[Arcbound Fiend]], and [[Arcbound Slith]]) we're able to immediately get counters on our creatures while also being able to benefit from artifact creature synergies. This makes [[Losheel, Clockwork Scholar]], [[Steel Overseer]], and [[Arcbound Shikari]] invaluable in the deck.
Now, at this point you may be asking what all of this has to do with Fuse Counters. How does this help us build around Goblin Bomb? Well, the answer is simple: Proliferate. Since we have a ton of counters that can't easily be increased normally, we need to use Proliferate to increase the counters on our permanents. [[Contagion Clasp]], [[Volt Charge]], and [[Unbounded Potential]] are all great ways of bumping up our counters much quicker than we may otherwise be able to increase them. Finally, once we have all of our counters, artifact creatures, and proliferate going, how do we actually win the game? Obviously, we can win through combat damage over the course of the game but sometimes we need to be a little more explosive. That's where [[Arcbound Ravager]], [[Abzan Falconer]], and [[Combustible Gearhulk]] all come in. By giving our team evasion, burst card draw (or damage but that's risky for our opponents given how many expensive cards we run), or pumping up one specific unblocked creature by sacrificing our board, we can really make our opponents' lives difficult because they'll never know what to expect. Also, I want to give a special shoutout to the interaction between Arcbound Ravager and [[Wake the Past]] for allowing us to sacrifice our board and then bring everything back with haste to possibly win the game in spectacular fashion.
In the end, this deck came in at $83.99 with [[Contagion Engine]] being the most expensive card at $23.76. The ability to Proliferate is at a premium in Boros so it makes sense that a colorless engine that can proliferate twice for only 4 mana would be so expensive. However, when I first built the deck it was much cheaper and it's slowly been climbing in price over the last few weeks so if you're interested in building this deck but don't want a massive expense for one card then you can easily cut it and throw in another Proliferate card instead.
On the other hand, if you're interested in an of out-of-budget upgrade for this deck, then I've got you covered. This week, the card I would suggest putting into the deck is [[Mycosynth Golem]] ($34.73) for [[Angelfire Ignition]]. Mycosynth Golem is one of the best ramp pieces that you could put in the entire deck. By giving our artifact creatures affinity for artifacts we can easily dump our hand into play and threaten the board out of nowhere. If you can swap the Golem in for Angelfire Ignition I would definitely recommend it. After testing the deck, Angelfire Ignition just doesn't do as much as I hoped it would. The burst of abilities often isn't relevant and the additional +1/+1 counters are nice but not for 3-4 mana at sorcery speed, even if you can do it twice. So, it's a card that I thought was going to perform better and it wound up being pretty disappointing every time I cast it, which is unfortunate because the art is super cool.

Every Friday I create a budget (<$100) EDH Deck based entirely around a random card that I pull from scryfall.com (or that is suggested by someone else, either way it’s still random to me). I would love it if anyone has any suggestions for future random cards/decks or just wants to share their own experiences with any cards or decks discussed, I think this is a ton of fun.

Deck Tech/Gameplay Video: (Lozhan, Dragon's Legacy vs Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp vs Alora, Merry Thief & Popular Entertainer vs Felisa, Fang of Silverquill)
This week’s deck uses [[Goblin Bomb]] as our random card (suggested by u/Stahpwiththisbullpls here on Reddit) and [[Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp]] as the commander. Goblin Bomb presents a very unique deckbuilding problem: it cares about unique counters that are difficult to put onto it. Since I didn't want to deal with a coin flipping deck I decided to focus on the counter aspect by adding as many cards into the deck that care about counters. We've got Fade Counters with [[Parallax Wave]], [[Defender en-Vec]], and [[Ancient Hydra]] but, by far, the most common type of counters we have are +1/+1 counters. This lets us play support pieces like [[Alharu, Solemn Ritualist]], [[Angelic Sleuth]], and [[Damning Verdict]] but the real question is: where do we get all the counters? The solution is Modular creatures. By filling our deck with Modular creatures (like [[Arcbound Overseer]], [[Arcbound Fiend]], and [[Arcbound Slith]]) we're able to immediately get counters on our creatures while also being able to benefit from artifact creature synergies. This makes [[Losheel, Clockwork Scholar]], [[Steel Overseer]], and [[Arcbound Shikari]] invaluable in the deck.
Now, at this point you may be asking what all of this has to do with Fuse Counters. How does this help us build around Goblin Bomb? Well, the answer is simple: Proliferate. Since we have a ton of counters that can't easily be increased normally, we need to use Proliferate to increase the counters on our permanents. [[Contagion Clasp]], [[Volt Charge]], and [[Unbounded Potential]] are all great ways of bumping up our counters much quicker than we may otherwise be able to increase them. Finally, once we have all of our counters, artifact creatures, and proliferate going, how do we actually win the game? Obviously, we can win through combat damage over the course of the game but sometimes we need to be a little more explosive. That's where [[Arcbound Ravager]], [[Abzan Falconer]], and [[Combustible Gearhulk]] all come in. By giving our team evasion, burst card draw (or damage but that's risky for our opponents given how many expensive cards we run), or pumping up one specific unblocked creature by sacrificing our board, we can really make our opponents' lives difficult because they'll never know what to expect.
