I'm 24, 175 pounds.
About two hours ago I was just playing No man's sky, while wearing over ear headphones, when I suddenly noticed my left ear felt lots of pressure and sound was muffled quite a bit. At first there was no ringing or anything other than the pressure and sound loss, but about twenty minutes later I started to hear loud hissing, up until about 30 minutes ago it has turned into a very loud high pitched ring. Currently I'm only experiencing the ring, with slight pressure in my left ear only, no increased dizziness or nausea.
I don't think my sound from the game would have been loud enough to cause something like this, even the loudest things in-game wouldn't be loud enough that I'd want to take my headphones off.
I have been having off and on ear ringing that lasts about 20-30 minutes at most for about 5+ years so far, but nothing this extreme, and usually never with pressure. Though, for about six months I've been experiencing dizziness and nausea at irregular intervals that can last between 1 day and two weeks, but this never occurs with the ear ringing and pressure. I'm thinking I may have an inner ear infection that has been lingering for too long if that's even possible.
I do have a little camera I use to look inside my ear for earwax in case I need to use debrox or something for impacted ear wax, but this doesn't seem to be the case . I can use the camera to take a picture of the affected ear if anyone has suspicions and needs a photo of my ear drum.
Sorry for the wall of text, just very unsure if I should just wait this out or if it's something concerning enough to head to the ER ( I'm unable to visit a doctor or visit a walk in clinic at the moment due to financial limitations )

Here is what happened. I infilled solo and team up with 2 other guys on the road. We went final exfil, first to arrive to chopper and started to wait. A solo was running from 6 man squad, sent invite and we accepted. He jumped to chopper seconds before take off. Six man died on ground. Guy kept thanking us maybe 10 times in last 10 second. He had a secure backbag and saying it was the most intense game he has. Anyway i got back to menu and i saw gold fish devkit and bunker 11 on my bag. But i never looted anything due to non stop fighting. How the hell did i end up to get these three rarest items without any loot?

Another battle involving Tsuyu Asui vs Spider-Man Villains (I need to stop with these)
this time it's more of a Challenge here
Scenario: Peter Parker was critically injured during a battle against the Sinister Six and was taken out of Commission, and it is up to Tsuyu Asui, aka the Rainy Season Hero: Froppy, to take on the various Spider-Man Villains that run amok throughout New York
Froppy in this challenge has similar strength to Spider-Man's, and to better combat powerful villains like Electro or Venom, Froppy also has new gear to make her resistant to Dillon's power without killing her or causing major damage and has the speed to combat and possibly immobilize Venom (this version of Venom is Tom Hardy's btw)
Froppy has to take out all of Spider-Man's Villains for about 6 Months while Spider-Man recovers from the injury that has reduced his healing factor temporarily

I’ve got six months left of my five-year degree and my baby will be 8 months old at the time I’m due to re-enrol. Without even bringing up the topic myself, there have been a few remarks about my “selfishness”, “abandonment” etc about putting my baby in the university nursery three days a week while I finish my course.
There’s always guilt brewing by default but one just sent me over the edge - “I accept we can’t undo the whole working women project, now it’s an option for ambitious women, but I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t WANT to stay at home for such a crucial stage of their development.”
I honestly thought finishing my degree (on a part time basis) was the best thing for our family, but from these comments I feel like I can’t do anything right. I don’t want to drop out. Of course I want to be there for my baby as much as I can. I thought I’d worked out a way to balance both with my baby’s long-term best interests at heart. There’s never a perfect way but I thought I was doing my best.
My brain doesn’t know what to think. Please help, wise internet strangers.

A New York lawyer is facing a court hearing of his own after his firm used AI tool ChatGPT for legal research.
A judge said the court was faced with an "unprecedented circumstance" after a filing was found to reference example legal cases that did not exist.
The lawyer who used the tool told the court he was "unaware that its content could be false".
ChatGPT creates original text on request, but comes with warnings it can "produce inaccurate information".
The original case involved a man suing an airline over an alleged personal injury. His legal team submitted a brief that cited several previous court cases in an attempt to prove, using precedent, why the case should move forward.
But the airline's lawyers later wrote to the judge to say they could not find several of the cases that were referenced in the brief.
"Six of the submitted cases appear to be bogus judicial decisions with bogus quotes and bogus internal citations," Judge Castel wrote in an order demanding the man's legal team explain itself.
Over the course of several filings, it emerged that the research had not been prepared by Peter LoDuca, the lawyer for the plaintiff, but by a colleague of his at the same law firm. Steven A Schwartz, who has been an attorney for more than 30 years, used ChatGPT to look for similar previous cases.
